Self Discovery thru Singing - Level One
Within a small community of supportive people, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore how core energetics can be utilized to support self discovery thru singing.
I’ve been taking a post graduate program in core energetics and for my research project, I have developed this workshop… which I hope will be the first of many that combine singing and healing.
We begin by creating a safe space for the work. Throughout the weekend, we engage in processes that will explore…
+ breath, spoken sound and sung sound,
+ beliefs, emotions and challenges that center around our voices, and
+ an introduction into core singing.
While this process honours where each participant currently is at with their healing and their voice, members of the group will be invited to reconnect with their inner experience and realign with their true voices.

Saturday, March 14 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, March 15 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements:
This workshop is offered as a post graduate research project.
+ All applicants will need to have a short entry interview to determine if the workshop is a fit.
+ Previous experience with singing or a great singing voice is not a requirement, only a willingness to explore the possibilities.
+ Participants will need to complete research questionnaires* throughout the weekend.
Location:
This workshop is located in the beautiful hamlet of Bragg Creek. The exact location will be disclosed upon acceptance into the workshop. For those wishing to stay in Bragg Creek for the weekend, there are 3 onsite suites available for rent.
Cost:
*Because this workshop has a research component, it is being offered at a substantially reduced rate.
$315.00* /person (includes GST) to be paid by February 27, 2026 to ensure the workshop will go ahead.
